Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed only after:

3.Pricing & Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product details may occur. VIANA
reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders where
necessary.

4. Payment erms

Payments are processed through secure and approved payment providers.
We accept Visa and Master Card debit and credit cards in AED.

VIANA does not store or retain credit/debit card details.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only through the original   mode   of
payment and may take up to  45  days to reflect, depending on banking policies

5.Currency & Transaction Records

The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same as those reflected on
the transaction receipt.
Cardholders are advised to retain copies of transaction records and review website
policies.
