Payment Confirmation

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization and
confirmation through our approved payment providers.
Once payment has been successfully completed, an order confirmation will be sent
to the customer via email.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and ensuring
receipt of communications.
VIANA is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing systems,
banking networks, or technical issues beyond our control.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Orders are
considered confirmed only after:
  • Successful payment processing
  • Product availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not
limited to cases involving pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent
activity.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers may request order cancellation within 24  hours of placing the order,
provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be
accommodated.

Order Cancellation by VIANA

We reserve the right to cancel orders under circumstances including but not
limited to:
  • Payment authorization or verification issues
  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, refunds will be issued only
through the original mode of payment.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only through the original mode of
payment.
Refund processing up to 45 days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank of the
customer’s payment card.
