Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

Items are eligible only if they are:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet these conditions.

Wrong Size Orders

If the item does not fit:
  • We offer size exchange only (no refunds)
  • The request must be made within 7 days
  • Item must meet return eligibility conditions

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 4hours of delivery
  • Provide order details and supporting photos

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund

Refund Policy

Refunds (where applicable) will be issued only through the original mode of
payment.
Approved refunds up to 45 days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank of the
payment card.


Shipping & Handling Fees


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective or
incorrect items.


Return / Exchange Shipping

Approved returns or exchanges must be sent via a registered courier service.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items show signs of:

  • Wear or use
  •  Washing or alteration
  •  Missing tags or components
